MANAGERIAL LEVEL Assistant Chief Engineering

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Engineering within the hospitality industry - Strong knowledge of building systems including Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, Fire & Life Safety Systems, generators, pumps, and water treatment systems - Experienced in preventive maintenance planning, asset management, and project coordination - Good understanding of local government regulations, occupational health & safety standards, and resort/hotel compliance requirements - Positive attitude and pleasant personality Proficient in English, both spoken and written - Service-oriented and guest-focused - Able to work in a team and in shift systems - Available to join immediately
