- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in engineering/maintenance, preferably in hotel or villa operations. - Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, pumps, and general building maintenance. - Able to perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting. - Responsible, hands-on, and able to respond to operational issues promptly. - Able to work independently and as part of a team.
